TWA Flight 800: Conspiracy Theorists Were the Right?

Reposted to Protect My Sons

If you live in the San Francisco East Bay around the current age of 50 or better then you might remember the San Pablo Armory Thefts in 1989.  When Butler and Wielsch were arrested they were under surveillance by CAL DOJ where it was learned they had Military Grade Explosives.

In 1988 we built the registration counters for Contra Costa College but that project was parallel to the San Pablo Armory.  What I could never figure out was how someone could take over 850 M-16s, Explosives and word on the street was SAM's.

The Attorneys suing TWA, PG&E and Asiana won't represent me.  My complaints on the Contra Costa Bar Association is evident everywhere and connecting my former Danville Neighbors to the School Bus Accident just a few months after my truck fire that was rigged the night I was parked at 161 Valle Vista Danville CA was enough for me.

Superior Court: The Real Dangers of Litigation in Contra Costa County

The Real Danger of Litigation in Contra Costa County

Back in 2001 my attorney was Don Moats who suddenly stopped appearing at hearings and kinda went comatose during the case.  I remember reading that his offices were burned down in Walnut Creek but I called the FBI over that event as I lost over 100,000 on that case and the FBI agreed but I'm suspecting they've placed FBI Agents in several police departments.

Lost Records Covering 20 years of Bennett Litigation - 2004

In 2004 during one of my last trips from 161 Valle Vista Danville my records were scooped up in Alamo on Stone Valley Road with the help of Mormon Elders.  It was the weirdest thing when trailer flipped when the trailer ball was suddenly the wrong size ball (switched) and replaced under cover of darkness.

My next door neighbor worked for Bowles and Verna and he was flying back and forth to JFK filing all kinds of briefs - I always how this attorney with ZERO Aeronautical experience was the same courtroom as TWA Attorneys who were experts at defending those types of cases.

Disabled Students Bus

California Bus Crash Sends Nine Disabled Adults To Hospital

Soon I'll have a lot to say about this Mormon whose wife was in my cabinet shop in 2004 then three months later i'm out of business, my truck is on fire so I'm coming really close to be being burned alive but you can't find a police report even though CHP arrived on the scene with San Ramon Fire THERE NO POLICE REPORTS.

Cameo Acres Mayhem -

This neighborhood is simply dangerous as this is just one very small neighborhood but the stats are ready to review.

Cameo Acres

    • A truck Arson
    • A raging Building Inspector who attempts to kill a resident
    • A resident who survived poison, car accidents and weird medical
    • A flipped Trailer
    • A resident being accused of drug dealing when he wasn't
    • A school bus accident
    • Five fires with two side by side
    • One Suicide
    • A Fatal Drug Overdose
    • A father dying from embolism / Teacher from Brentwood CA
    • Another widow near BART Officer John Kelly
    • All of this connects to Chris Butler and Officer Stephen Tanabe

The Hedge Fund and the Real Estate Fraud case

At this writing it's been nearly ten years since my 2004 Arson Fire and Beating.  Then one day I discover that Richard S. Kopf is connected to a Hedge Fund and near his Mormon friends are a series of investor fraud cases.

I have many of the cases posted on this blog lead to Alamo 1st Mormons - this is going to be one of the most god awful in the "Name Of God" stories you've ever read.

I am highly negative on RIchard S. Kopf as his wife arrived at my cabinet shop in 2004 with Brian Schwalen who died hours after attending services at Alamo 1st.  I remember him panting and practically gasping for air then hours later he's dead.  He was fine coming in but by the end of the service he's heading for the exit.

I have other cases like Brian who I met many years ago long before he was a card carrying Mormon.

Pete Bennett Truck Explodes and Lou Dobbs' takes a bullet?

By PETE BENNETT - Contra Costa Watch EMAIL

Walnut Creek CA:  I was astounded when Lou Dobbs was fired upon as in my own well documented story I've been nearly burned alive in 2004 and my sons were nearly killed 680/580 Dublin and that five Filipino Nurses were burned alive on the San Mateo Bridge, that five Hispanics burned alive in Walnut Creek and that eight were killed in the San Bruno Fire.

The problem I've got is this poor kid was nearly burned alive at the Concord BART Station

I immediately called my respective Senator's Feinstein and Boxer to vehemently protest that Lou Dobbs took a bullet to his house.  For years I've been calling about the targeting I've endured as my truck blew up in 2004 right around the time I was supposed to testify in Congress about the Visas.

Today I'm dumpster diving for survival while I beg Contra Costa County for my license back, I can't get the counties homeless program to help me so baciscally until I come up with 13,000 I'm fucked and my children will be supported by the state.

We're all on Welfare now - I've lost over $40,000 in cars, my property all gone but I've got this giant stack of obituaries near me with some clearly connected to the H-1b visa.  My site is down because I've been endlessly targeted by persons unknown and the Contra Costa District Attorneys Offices are doing little to protect me.

Police look into gunshot at Dobbs' home

  • New Jersey officials unsure whether bullet was intentionally fired or a stray
  • CNN anchor's wife was outside house during October 5 incident
  • Bullet appears to be from "long gun, not a handgun or shotgun," police official says
RELATED TOPICS
(CNN) -- A gunshot struck the home of CNN anchor Lou Dobbs this month, and police in New Jersey are trying to determine whether the bullet was fired intentionally or was a stray.
State Police Sgt. Steve Jones said Thursday that his department received a call from Dobbs' wife, who heard a shot and said a bullet hit her house. Jones said she had been outside her house with "an employee who worked with Dobbs" at 10:25 a.m. October 5.
There were no injuries in the incident, which occurred in a small community in northern New Jersey.
Jones said a bullet struck the section of the house where the attic is but didn't penetrate the dwelling. He said the bullet fell to the ground and was recovered. Dobbs' wife saw damage to the siding, Jones said.
"The bullet was taken by our detectives and turned over to our ballistics unit for further analysis," Jones said. "At this point, all I can say is that it appears to be a long gun, not a handgun or shotgun."
Dobbs has declined comment because the police investigation is ongoing, his representative said.
Dobbs, who has been a vocal critic of illegal immigration, is the anchor and managing editor of CNN's "Lou Dobbs Tonight." He mentioned the incident on his radio show Monday, saying it comes amid an "atmosphere" of hostility from groups toward his stance on illegal immigration.
On the radio show, aired by United Stations Radio Networks, Dobbssaid that "a shot was fired at my house where I live" and that it followed "weeks and weeks of threatening phone calls."
He said the hostility has "become part of a way of life, the anger, the hate, the vitriol, but it's taken a different tone where they threaten my wife."
"They've now fired a shot at my house while my wife was standing next to the car. It's become something else, and if anybody thinks that we're not engaged in a battle for the soul of this country right now, you're sorely mistaken."
Police aren't saying for now that the shot was fired at the house but only, as Jones said, that it struck the house. A stray shot from a long gun would not be a "totally uncommon occurrence because of the hunters and target shooters" in the region, Jones said.
Jones couldn't give his opinion on what kind of shooting this might be, and he said the incident is being investigated "further past a stray hunter's bullet" because of Dobbs' "public persona." Police have conducted interviews and patrolled the area, Jones said.
When asked whether police would refer the case to federal authorities if it turned out to be an attack, Jones said, "state police work regularly with other officers at local, county and federal levels and draw on any of resources when appropriate."
"The case remains open," he said. "We want to take any incident like this seriously."

Update: Cigarette Set Teen Ablaze at Concord BART Station

Arson Murder, Murder By Arson

Update: Cigarette Set Teen Ablaze at Concord BART Station

patch
Update: Thursday at 1:30 p.m.A teenage boy suffered significant burns when his clothing caught fire outside the Concord BART station late Wednesday night.

At about 11:35 p.m. Wednesday, police and fire crews responded to a report of a male on fire at the BART station, located at 1451 Oakland Ave., a Contra Costa County fire dispatcher said. When emergency crews arrived, they found the victim suffering from burns and airlifted him to a hospital.

BART police Lt. Mike Hayes said it appears that a short time earlier, the boy had been working on a car belonging to someone he met at a nearby store. While working on the vehicle, he spilled gasoline on himself.  The boy told police that the driver then dropped him off at the Concord BART station and lit a cigarette before departing, Hayes said.

Based on the initial investigation, Hayes said, it appears that the flame ignited the gasoline vapors coming from boy's clothing.  The boy then jumped out of the vehicle and stripped off his burning clothes, Hayes said.  He suffered significant burns to his arms and chest, according to Hayes.  The driver of the vehicle had left the scene before police and firefighters arrived at the BART station, and police have not been able to identify that person.  BART police Sgt. Tom Smith said no suspects are in custody this morning and that detectives are checking surveillance video from Wednesday night.
During the BART Engineer Accident investigation I met Lt. Hayes where I told him to look to the buildings to the south that the Plaintiff Attorneys winning millions upon millions in jury awards could see the accident scenes.  Taking that further I plotted suicides, shootings, fires (arson) and accidents where this pattern emerged that perch points were evident e.g. my 2004 Arson fire, the deadly Walnut Creek Pipeline fire in 2004 then the Caldecott Tunnel Fires was also the same perch point where Adam Williams and his mother murder suicide up on Lookout Point on Mt. Diablo.

The Arson Victims Speaks: Las Lomas Deaths Alarm Community

North of Benicia Bridge CA:

A few weeks back I reconnected with a friend whose son drowned in Walnut Creek and we've been comparing our mutual investigations.  It appears the same officers near my near fatal 2011 Police Shooting - I have no problem saying that Captain Tim Schultz was poised to use his weapon on me back in August 2011.  Three weeks later unknown to Captain Schultz was the State Attorney General Investigators began their investigation.

Since September 2011 there have been over 10 deaths near me and the best the Walnut Creek Police can say is perhaps I should do a geographic relocation.  When recruiters call seeking to hire me they ask why have you had to so geographic relocation's, five offices, six residence but why does your mail point to a homeless shelter?  I need a job but few will take me with this nightmare near me in fact I wouldn't take me.

This author got it right as there is a problem affecting Los Lomas Students and Alumni but more important does this extend to recent grads of students.

PROGRAMMER and Veteran: Suspect Dies In Leap Off Bay Bridge / Girlfriend found slain -- cops were tailing him

We were both US Programmers.

In my story I've been targeted over and over, in my story i was against the H1b visas and just before I was going to fly to Washington just a few small events occurred, like my truck blowing up, or nearly dying in the ER, or that I was nearly beaten to death in my house by a Danville Building inspector but when I connected to Mary Alicia Driscoll as the same person that almost bought my Play Structure - the problem I moved to Walnut Creek.

There is no way this woman killed her daughter and I am very suspect about the murder suicide of Judith Adam Williams whose was a Nurse Registry, just like the guy that owned the Nurse Registry on Country Club Drive that caught on fire. I met him just before the fire - he acted he was being stalked, and Chris Lacey flips kills Officer Youngstrom was on his way to a fake Visa Interview and five nurses who came here on H1b visas burned alive. Down the street my Karaoke Buddy died when drowning.

Does anyone realize that in a small 2 square mile area we've had numerous jumpers, two murder suicides on back to back streets (Norris and Blackwood) that Tim lived down the street but drowned on the exact same spot where i was nearly killed and that my friends son traveled underneath and drowned? A little surprise was his father like me was a IT project manager for Longs.

When I walk around Walnut Creek I can the IBM workers who have jobs, tax free income, that got $5,000 credit cards for each person all issued at the same time for Macy's and Nordstroms.

Did anyone ever consider that outsourcing might have caused the housing market to collapse?

High-tech Companies Seek to Hire More Foreign Workers

The reason the Outsourcing Agencies are calling programmers in Butte County who don't know what's going on down in the Bay Area. They are also calling Nurses who I sat with in Butte EDD on Park Ave for several months. It was unbeliavble the endless suckers pitch - come on down we got a job for you then nothing.

The H-1b Murder Patterns

Judith Williams who killed her son (allegedly) on Mt. Diablo ran a nurses registry and likely competed with firms that used H1b Visas. They have an innate advantage - they have hordes of help overseas that want US Jobs.

They got em - we lose our houses, jobs, families and place in society.

Suspect Dies In Leap Off Bay Bridge / Girlfriend found slain -- cops were tailing him
Jaxon Van Derbeken, Chronicle Staff Writer
Published 4:00 am, Wednesday, August 16, 2000

2000-08-16 04:00:00 PDT SAN FRANCISCO -- One day after his missing girlfriend was found beaten to death in rural Marin County, the San Francisco man suspected of killing her plunged 170 feet to his death off the Bay Bridge yesterday.

Darion Sable, 23, headed straight for the span after his release from the San Francisco Jail and jumped headfirst over the side. His suicide was witnessed by undercover police officers assigned to shadow his movements.

"No one had a chance to intervene," said Officer Jim Deignan, a spokesman for the Police Department.

Marin County authorities found a woman's body on Monday afternoon near Muir Beach and identified it as 20-year-old Jerusha Briley's yesterday morning. San Francisco investigators said it appeared the stay-at-home mother had died of "blunt force trauma."

Within hours of the Marin County coroner identifying Briley, her boyfriend was released from jail and took his fatal dive.

Briley disappeared Saturday morning from the Richmond District home she shared with Sable and her son, Gabriel, who turns 2 in two weeks. Although Sable was a suspect in her slaying, investigators lacked the evidence to arrest him on charges relating to that crime. He had no criminal record but was arrested and jailed over the weekend on charges of possessing drugs.

"There was not enough to charge him with murder," said Paul Cummins, the assistant district attorney who handled the case.

Homicide investigators wouldn't say whether Sable had been told he was a suspect in his girlfriend's death.

Sable was held overnight on drug charges after investigators found him with methamphetamines on Sunday afternoon. He was released on his own recognizance at 1:42 p.m. yesterday.

SURVEILLANCE PLAN

Unable to hold Sable in connection with Briley's death, investigators planned to keep close tabs on him after he was freed.

Their surveillance started the moment he left the Hall of Justice, police said, with undercover officers following him in cars and on foot.

The officers were more than 100 yards away when Sable walked to the Bay Bridge and jumped over the side. He fell into a Caltrans maintenance yard and died at the scene.

The undercover officers, who assumed Sable was headed for the East Bay, summoned the California Highway Patrol for help as soon as Sable reached the span, police said.

"It's a very tragic incident," said San Francisco Police Lt. Kitt Crenshaw, whose officers were following Sable.

From the start, police -- along with Briley's friends and family -- found Sable's reaction to his live-in girlfriend's disappearance odd. He did not appear to be distraught and acted "inappropriately," they said.

He told investigators that Briley woke him at 5:30 a.m. Saturday and borrowed $40 to go to a market two blocks away to buy breakfast.

Sable told investigators he first called police about 2:30 p.m. Saturday but could not reach anyone; he finally reported her missing about an hour later.

He told police that she had never stayed away from the house for more than two hours. He also said Briley had no medical problems, no drug addictions and "no enemies that he knows of."

He said that Briley was seeing an "unknown counselor for possible depression" -- an assertion that her family disputed.

ORDINARY COURT PROCEEDING
A public defender who represented Sable in court said yesterday's proceeding was typical for a first- time drug offender and that Sable did not appear to be upset.

"He had no prior record, he had community contacts, a job and went to school," said Elizabeth Hilton, the deputy public defender, who added that another public defender talked to Sable at noon yesterday.

"He was actually fine in the holding tank. He looked totally normal," Hilton said of Sable's demeanor. "I explained to him the charges and said that he could get drug diversion, that he was eligible," she said.

Sable, who worked in Internet services and described himself as an "engineer" for Wells Fargo, deserted from the Marine Corps in 1997 and later was discharged from the service. He had been stationed at Camp Pendleton.

RELATIONSHIP IN TROUBLE

During a two-hour interrogation that followed his arrest Sunday afternoon on the drug charges, Sable acknowledged that the couple had been quarreling and that they were on the verge of a breakup, police said.

"He thought everything was going to be OK" in the relationship, despite the fighting, according to one investigator familiar with the case.

Briley's friends and relatives gathered yesterday before the news came that Briley's body had been found.

They described her as a devoted, loving mother to her young son. Briley and Sable had known each other since she was 14 and he was 17.

"We're still trying to know what happened here," said Devon Rath, a childhood friend of Briley.

California (AP) -- Inattentive driving may be to blame for a Friday morning bus crash that sent nine developmentally disabled adults to area hospitals, Walnut Creek police said.
About 9 a.m. a small bus operated by San Francisco-based Trans-Metro Express carrying nine passengers with various disabilities crashed head-on into a concrete pile on Lilac Drive under Interstate 680, behind Kaiser Hospital.
All nine passengers and the driver were taken to three different hospitals. The driver and one passenger had serious injuries but were stabilized at John Muir Medical Center, Lt. Loren Cattolico said.
The driver may have been talking to passengers when he veered left onto an island and crashed into the large concrete pillar, Cattolico said.
Cattolico did not release names of the driver or passengers, saying the reports would not be completed until Monday or Tuesday.
Buses from several companies contracted by the Regional Center of the East Bay pick up about 2,500 developmentally disabled adults every day and take them to hundreds of centers and programs in Contra Costa and Alameda counties, said Jim Burton, executive director of the center. The Regional Center coordinates the programs and transportation for each of the participants in the East Bay.
The bus that crashed Friday morning was on its way to Christmas parties at two vocational centers in Lafayette.
"They're not capable of traveling independently so they're picked up by this bus company," said Jacquie Allen, program director at Futures Explored, one of the centers.
Allen hurried to Kaiser to help identify the passengers and contact family members when she heard about the crash.
"They just looked like they were scared," she said.
Allen brought two of the passengers back to Futures in time for part of the Christmas festivities.
Some of the clients at Futures can't speak and firefighters had difficulty communicating with them.
Six of the moderately injured people were taken into Kaiser for evaluation, in case they were not able to alert rescue workers to an injury, a fire official said.
Neither Allen nor Burton could recall a traffic accident in the program in recent history.
"This will be thoroughly investigated," Burton said.
The Regional Center began working with Trans-Metro Express for busing about a year ago, Burton said. The California Highway Patrol had no record of citations or accidents for the company.
A company spokeswoman referred all questions to the Regional Center.

Caltrans inspectors said the crash did not damage the support pillar, Walnut Creek police reported.
