The Fires
San Francisco East Bay - January 14th 2013
The page will evolve into an index of fires, arson, suspicious fires and fires that should be listed as arson including mine in 2004.
I am particularly irked with the Mormons Danville Stake located in Danville as they have vested interest in coming clean about one of their members who obviously set my truck to blow up back in 2004.
It took eight years and one car accident in 2011 for me finally conclude that seven destroyed or damaged cars, assaults and deaths nearby were far from being another coincidences. A deliberate hit and run is attempted murder but when the Chief Lafayette Police Department calls it unfortunate you gotta wonder how deep events go.
Time will tell whether my 2004 arson fire is connected to the Piedmont Lumber Fire and possibly the San Bruno Fire but there are enough out there near me and me persons I suspect - it's a matter of time before they strike again.
I am frustrated as I'm taking the brunt of the financial losses and worse is the arsonists seem to be experts in what they do. My truck fire was real but the 2011 accident forced me to revisit accidents, medical and business incidents. That accident is closely aligned with requests for help from various agencies - instead of help I find myself debating with WCPD Captain Tim Welsh in front of the Walnut Creek Public Library where he poised his hand on his weapon. We had some sharp words over sanity where I firmly reminded him that I met the widow of another fatal police shooting victim from 2000 - that happened to be the same person the press is mentioning today relevant to the Anthony Banta Jr. shooting.

There is a real possibility that were under attack but the attacks normally found with guns, ammo, troops, planes trains and mobilization teams is the old way but we perhaps have a more unknown method of economic targeting. There are a number of suspicious events in Contra Costa County that are uncharacteristic of the persons or victims. When chatting with other avid news readers you'll quickly get that synonymous ah ha - yes I'm noticing the same thing but some events are affecting life, limb and property.
Viewing the larger socioeconomic picture transformation from coincidence to a cyber-based Facebook Driven battlefield where friends or foes are integral on how any tactician could ply their techniques on unsuspecting residents. During seventies we had the "Tylenol Killing" required intervention of the FBI who eventually solved the problem but the byproduct of those events forced the packaging industry into new territory. The Tylenol suspect (from memory for now) lacking tactical knowledge made critical mistake as he was looking to solve his divorce but took the lives of others by lacing Tylenol Capsules with Cyanide.
Possible Sources
Random: The persons, groups or teams are working with a targeting methods, have developed tactical resources, have mobility, developed an agenda, have created a loose plan that leads to totally random selection using perhaps points, racial criteria's, immigrants, or sheer competitive motivations.

The Federation of American Scientists listed it as viable but lacking physical evidence of working device but reasonable thinkers and that Popular Science also wrote about a similar device used in Museums. It was patented by Seattle Inventor where the broadcasting device allowed patrons to hear exhibit specific narrations within a zone.
The question at hand is this device in use within Contra Costa County? My personal experience is that someone has it as I've dealt with enough bizarre events over 10 years. I believe it used to target bars, business, real estate developers and property owners over the mental edge.
What an incredibly simple way to rip off an estate as most elderly are challenged.

Way back in 2004 my truck erupted in flames on 680 and it was quite an ordeal. Flames shooting back about 100 feet.
No big deal but the mechanic who is a Mormon under your umbrella, well he's quite a fella as he said he was right behind me and watched my truck almost blow up but he couldn't quite get the strength to pull up near me to yell, tell, scream, shout, wave, honk, swerve or really do much more than stay back and watch.
What would you do? Just remember Mr Stake my sons were nearly killed in a separate accident just up the road.
That day I almost burned to death but this lady was not so lucky.

In 2005 I nearly died from a bacterial infection but my allegations I'd suspected I was poisoned. The how and why was suspicious. The subsequent victims below closely fit my targeting profile I've developed. When you understand the underlying motivations chances are you may try to argue or debate conclusions but the connotations suggest there a corundum is present.
Using a peer group modeling technique where we'll seeking comparative counties. One critical is wealth and where it's concentrated weighs heavily within the Peer Group Study. Why is my opinion so strong? They rolled me over next to another person who was suffering with intestinal issues but they didn't know was I knew who she was and I've looking for her - she's gone.

Nearly succumbs to bacterial infection - non specific but near fatal

Nearly Succumbs to bacterial infection with 105 fever, severe vomiting and worse. It was a close call as the ER doctors stated I was either septic or had septicemia.
I have found others but a vast number are divorcees or moms.
