Around June 15th 2009 I filed a police report with Danville Police about my findings about bacterial infections near me over many years.  I was always troubled by the Docs Pharmacy incident, even more concerned about the Alamo mom I met in 2003 who's daughter died in 2002, then reading about Supervisor Glover illness.  I filed the near clairvoyant police report then councilman Shimansky contracts and dies from Spinal Meningitis - now Gary Bell.  There plenty of possible deaths around the Bay Area where homeless have died from "natural causes" there were two in March 2013.

It's the easiest method possible if you've got access to biological's e.g. the Coroner or cadavers.  I did the research with my limited background but the numbers speak for themselves.  I do have some help from persons above Contra Costa County Level.  What Officer Murphy didn't know was I vetted and recorded that police report with the FBI.  I knew better after nearly getting killed in Danville three times or better.

Councilmember-elect Gary Bell will not take office next week due to complications from a bacterial sinus infection, which was previously misreported in news accounts as a meningitis infection, according to a press release sent out Thursday night by Bell’s family.
Next Tuesday, January 8, is the swearing in ceremony for the new councilmembers. Councilmember Nat Bates and Councilmember Tom Butt were re-elected in November—Bell won the third seat on the council with about 15 percent of the vote.
This was the fifth time that Bell ran for office in Richmond. He was first elected to the city council in 2000, and served until 2005, when he lost his reelection bid. In 2006, he ran unsuccessfully for mayor and in 2010 he ended his campaign early due to his wife’s health. Bell’s political life began early in Wichita, Kansas when at 25 years old he became the youngest councilmember in that city’s history.

Two PHS students infected with viral meningitis, precautions taken

By Anthony Siino Staff Writer

Two students at Paradise High School became infected with viral meningitis, Butte County Public Health announced Monday, but no new cases have been reported and the infected students are OK.
The school notified parents of the two sick students Monday, said Co-Principal Michelle John. While the students aren’t back in school yet, they did not require hospitalization and should be healthy soon. It’s currently unknown how they caught the virus.
“It’s limited to those two cases, and there’s no further cause for concern,” John said.
Viral meningitis is related to but not as dangerous as bacterial meningitis, according to Monday’s release from Butte County Public Health. While the bacterial form requires specialized treatment, sufferers of viral meningitis generally recover without medical treatment.
Proper precautions to prevent any further spread of the virus have been taken at the school, John said.
“We have hand-cleaning signs up everywhere, and the custodians are well aware and are taking extra precaution to wipe down hard areas,” she said.
Viral meningitis is generally spread through sharing food, drinks, eating utensils, lip gloss, or by other means that allow contact with saliva or secretions of the nose and throat. Those near sufferers of viral meningitis may become infected with the virus that made that sufferer ill, but the chances of developing viral meningitis as a result of that illness are low.

Parents should be on watch for symptoms of viral meningitis, which include sudden fever, stiffness of the neck, and severe headaches, according to the release. More severe cases may display symptoms of confusion, sensitivity to bright light, disorientation and lack of hunger.

Around 2009 a Limousine operator suffered an arson fire to his vehicle.  I suppose one torched Limo wouldn't make the news but I can tell you that my truck fire never made it nor would you hear about Mike McIntryre dying under a bridge or that Todd Cambra or Marcus each were run over in Front of Trader Joes.

Another day in Bucolic Walnut Creek where in order to make sure Neiman-Marcus gets built they beat up the petitioner against Nieman-Marcus in front of the Safeway where they said the attacker was mentally ill and couldn't be prosecuted so they let him go.  See this movie here called Catch and Release

I will say things have changed at WCPD - when my guitar was stolen they drove me around but I suspect the clerk at Walnut Creek Starbucks took it as he left for the day.  Duncan and Main.

When Marilyn Scully arrived at her Concord home after work that day, she was shocked to see her sturdy 47-year-old husband clutching his head and screaming in pain.
Immediately, Scully called 911. As she followed the ambulance in the family pickup, she was sure about the culprit - her husband had just received a cortisone shot for his chronic back pain - yet she still expected to drive him back home that night.
But on May 30, 2001, less than 24 hours after his cortisone shot, George Stahl was dead.

Doctors at John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek told Scully that her husband died from a burst blood vessel in his brain. Scully decided to donate Stahl's organs. Doctors were in for a shock:

====
In 2005 I was hit with a similar infection - I suspected foul play - in 2011 I brought this to the attention of Chief of Police of Walnut Creek - Chief Bryden - five weeks later the man in the police report handed over was killed.  Makes perfect sense to me.

For five painstaking days I waited for word from the Butte County Coroner on whether or not this was my sons who live 4.3 miles from this murder scene.  No one would return my calls, not the school board members, not Rick Silva, not my sons as they've been cut off from me.

DeSABLA — Fire crews discovered three dead bodies in a stolen, burned car on Skyway early today, the Butte County Sheriff's Office said. Two of the bodies were found in the trunk and a third body was found in the back seat, according to Undersheriff Kory Honea.
The burned vehicle was a stolen green 2000 Acura TL, reported stolen by the Sacramento Police Department. Honea wasn't sure when it had been stolen.

Just after 12:15 a.m., fire units were dispatched to a vehicle fire just above Powellton Road between DeSabla and Stirling City, threatening the vegetation on the Skyway at Hupp Coutolenc Road, according to Capt. Scott McLean, Cal Fire-Butte County spokesman. On arrival the firefighters discovered a car engulfed in flames. The fire had extended a short way into the surrounding vegetation.  The fire was quickly extinguished and in the process of finishing the job the firefighters "popped the trunk," explained McLean. On opening the trunk they discovered the bodies, according to the Sheriff's Office, which is investigating. Rhonda Maehl and her husband, David, who live nearby, were getting ready to go to bed around midnight when they heard a "big boom."  They began to investigate to make sure it wasn't around their home. Rhonda Maehl said her husband then looked out the back door and heard a car horn blaring.
They both assumed it was no car accident.

Maehl said her husband arrived at the burning car first, called 9-1-1 and tried making
his way to the car, a four-door sedan."He couldn't see anybody in the car, couldn't see anything in it," she said this morning. "But there wasn't much of anything we could do."

They heard no screaming and saw no movement, so called 9-1-1. She said she did not hear any other vehicles at the time of the accident.
Example - screw these people

Maehl said the sedan's driver-side tires were still in the roadway.
"It was like they just pulled over to just sit," she said. "It was just parked and burning."
Maehl said the fire seemed to emanate from the back seat to the front.

"The rear tire on the passenger side was already melted to the rim on the ground when we got here," she said. "We watched and listened to the other tires explode later on."

Arson or Fire: Rossmoor Limo Fire - A nefarious agenda?

Contact: 510-460-5641

This past Sunday I was sitting at Starbucks in Walnut Creek when around noon engines raced by my location.  Hours later we learn about this fire here.  What a coincidence? Read about the other Walnut Creek Fire.

Walnut Creek: Limousine fire under investigation

WALNUT CREEK -- On the morning of her 90th birthday celebration, Elayne Lofchie climbed into the front seat of a limousine rented for the occasion to take her and nine friends to a party at her daughter's Sonoma home.
Dressed to the nines in hats and long dresses, Lofchie and the other women, most in their 90s, had been strapped in and ready to go for mere minutes when they found themselves pulled from the vehicle and scattering in different directions as flames engulfed the limousine.
Though no one was hurt, Sunday's fire in the gated community of Rossmoor was eerily reminiscent of a May 4 limousine fire on the San Mateo Bridge that killed five women who were trapped in the car. Four others escaped.

I know this street which is visible from Magnolia Way. On that same street is a church where I've filed claims in regards to my sons.  In Walnut Creek Church Membership grants you special privileges but it really means you can stalk, harass and run residents off the road but never face charges.

http://abclocal.go.com/kgo/story?section=news/local/east_bay&id=9132555

I know Raymond Court and the fire could be more than a coincidence in context to my experience.  For over two years I've complained that I've been followed by persons. One of them is a Contra Costa County Consolidated Fire District Employee that's followed me around Walnut Creek and perhaps farther.  Since I'm an arson victim it's easy for me to say that some type of correlation exists between San Ramon Valley Fire District who also cannot find records pertaining my 2004 truck fire.

It supporting our public servants which are our trusted highly paid Public Safety personnel we should expect more.  I've recently encountered another case where property was stolen during another SRVFPD call - she lost a 4 Carat diamond, I lost a $40,000 coin collection.
