Attacks on Attorneys: Pre-planned Outcomes
Walnut Creek CA: In 2004 I was attacked, beaten and left for dead in my house at 161 Valle Vista Danville. A month before that I was nearly burned alive on 680 NB. You won't find a plaintiffs award for me anywhere.
But this accident they won without even filing a lawsuit. I filed one around the same time - my attorney was beaten up in 2005.

Worries over jet fuel pipeline along Iron Horse Trail get county action

ALAMO -- Neighbors whose fences straddle county land at the Iron Horse Trail may find they have to remove them, pay rent or buy insurance for the right. Contra Costa County officials are taking action to deal with property owners who have built bridges, fences, and other structures on county property along the trail.
Carrie Ricci, the county's manager for the Iron Horse Corridor, said encroachments by homeowners into an easement where a high-pressure jet fuel pipeline runs underground conflict with state fire marshal regulations and are a safety concern for the county and pipeline owner Kinder Morgan Energy Partners.
Ricci and Kinder Morgan representatives attended an Alamo Municipal Advisory Committee meeting Tuesday to discuss the issue and answer questions from the committee and about 20 residents who attended.
Over the next few months, Ricci said county officials will contact homeowners who are encroaching into the trail corridor. She said there are about 50 to 75 homes in Alamo where structures have been built in the corridor on county property, with about 25 of encroaching onto the Kinder Morgan pipeline easement.
Encroachments onto the pipeline easement will have to be removed, she said. Those encroaching onto county property away from the pipeline will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Owners could be asked to remove the encroachments or pay a fee and buy insurance for using county property.
For those who don't comply, the county could begin abatement proceedings that could result in the county removing the encroachment at the homeowner's expense, she said.
The county bought the Iron Horse Corridor from the Southern Pacific Railroad Company in the 1980s. It is about 19 miles long and stretches from Concord to the Alameda County line. Today, it is known for its popular paved trail but it is also used by a number of utilities, including Kinder Morgan, whose pipeline carries gas, diesel and jet fuel from Concord to a terminal serving Mineta San Jose International Airport.
Questions about the age and fragility of the pipeline were raised during the meeting.
Murphy said the pipeline was built in 1965 and operates under a pressure of 1,300 pounds per square inch. "If we think the pipeline is fragile in any area, we dig it up and remove it," he said.
The Alamo committee asked the county to put permanent survey markers on the boundary of its property and for a list of properties deemed to be encroaching.
In 2010, a 90-foot oak tree just south of La Serena Avenue and parallel to the Iron Horse Trail was removed because it was thought to be a danger to the pipeline.
In 2004, five workers were killed and four injured when the pipeline exploded in Walnut Creek after being punctured by a backhoe.

Domestic Terrorist Network

Abstract: This article will pose a strong argument that a domestic terrorism organization operates in Contra Costa County in a similar manner to a terrorist cell organization as the operators are probably experts in terrorist organizations. My observations is that they are CNET, SWAT and Bomb Squad trainees, have been given training by the Federal Government with the ability to access the vast resources of various Federal Agencies.
In my case a few of them blabbed a few too many times leaving me a clue to dig up on the them. I've found their resumes but have also traced their profiles. One leads directly from Sacramento to San Ramon Police Department where Lombardi called me with threats of arrest for tying to collect funds owed to me. The big mistake was my skills over here on this Telecommunications Project
In 2009 got burned with credit card charge-backs but 2005 someone then was connected to CNET and Butler but knowing the depths of CNET tactics know they need to checked out.
I'm not going to sit back while persons in my book are CNET co-conspirators then identifying DOD contractors with highly sensitive projects only solidifies the Domestic Terrorism argument as this programmer understands systems very well and it's not a stretch to postulate DOD intelligence network has been compromised.
When they read this page they will come knocking with lots of questions and I'm ready with names, facts, dates and connections.
Perhaps I'm a little pissed that I don't have a police report from the Lafayette Police who is about 18 months overdue.
The Lafayette Town Council faces a quagmire - if I'm right then what is their role as they should have vehemently lobbied Chief Christiansen to investigate an attempted murder but why would he investigate his cousin Dave Christiansen for attempted murder?
Walnut Creek CA:
The Walnut Creek City Council and Town Manager has been equally informed via my many letters from yours truly. My roommate has 12,000 in medical bills from being mugged and we could call attorneys all day but no one will take on our cases.
Benny Chetcuti Investigation Stalled for over 10 years and the PG&E San Bruno Fire would have never happened has this organization been stopped in 2004 when the first cease and desist letter had been acted on.

This part of the story will pretty much blow everyone away (metaphorically) as I believe these murders are the work of experts with law enforcement background. I was out there in the 80's and suspect investigators have deliberately failed to check leads.

The Hillgrade Event
County Report on Pipeline Concerns - Take a little time to think what could of happened on April 4th 2012 and this event very critical from my perch, on March 30th John Newman was murdered in Concord and Nate Greenan was murdered in Orinda on April 18th but these just a few of many but the one everyone should question is what happened to Ellen Sabaquira who a key witness in the 2004 fire.
Pipeline Concerns - I'd be very concerned
I lived in Danville for 10 years, shopped at Safeway in Alamo, Roller Bladed down the trail over 100 times. Every fireman will tell you - the west side Alamo/Danville is a tinder-box of fuels from overgrowth, housing and cars that hasn't experienced a fire in 50 years.
My truck fire was 680 3/4 miles north of El Cerro Blvd.
I am pointing out what has become obvious - bigger that Oakland Hills Fire but .... the Arsonist Clock is ready strike again.

You want to be worried - I've been complaining for nearly ten years about my truck fire. I've been targeted many times and it doesn't matter how many police reports I fire it's always a dead end.
Perhaps now they will be worried but burning down these houses has an economic upside as they could then shop in Walnut Creek - the trinket sellers would have new customers. Let's hope the only thing that happens is nothing but there is a big problem .
